Osare weatherbound in Falmouth

I (Anne) have arrived after a very long flight from
Halifax and an even longer train journey from Gatwick to Falmouth. The train
normally takes around 5 hours and this time the engine broke down so it took 7
1/2 I felt a bit washed out after being awake for 30 some hours but after a good
nights sleep and a delishous english fry-up made by myself, for lunch I feel
quite restored.
I arrived Falmouth together with hurricane Gordon,
we had 48 knots of wind in the harbour yesterday afternoon. It blew trough
in a jiffy and by the time we left the pub last night :) the wind had died
down and we had a relatively quiet night.
Apparently there is another weathersystem on the
way so we'll stay put here fore a while longer. Perhaps we'll make like
tourists and rent a car and get terrified driving all over Cornwall.
The sun is shining and all is well onboard
Osare. Tobias have made friends with everybody and Erik is fixing stuff
because he enjoys it. I shall take stock of the food stores because good
food is ranks very high on my important list.
ciao until next time........
