A happy Easter to you all from a wet and soggy boat and crew!  Storm bound in La Coruna over the Easter Weekend with all shops, bars and restaurants closed – well nearly all.  We’ve found one with wifi, beer and Gin and Tonic, so all are now as wet on the inside as on the outside!

Yesterday in the rain and cold we took the train to Santiago de Compostela, a 40 minute journey back in time to a 900 year old cathedral in which is housed the tomb of St James and to which flock pilgrims from all corners of the earth, especially Roman Catholics of course.  It was indeed spectacular and well worth the visit.  Bu today, it is reruns of DVDs in Oboe’s saloon with the heating turned up high.

OK, let me take a moment to introduce you to the crew, Tereza and Josef.  Pictures speak a thousand words so here they are:

Not just pretty faces, but fully qualified commercial Yachtmasters, with extensive training in safety on board!

No doubt you’ll hear more from them directly but they say: “come sailing with us” – we’ll give you a good time!

Fair winds
