We visited Rebak marina where I intend to leave the boat for a couple of years and where we met up with Paul and Harriet

from "Anahi" who dropped out of the rally 2 years ago and stayed in Langkawi. I have booked in and paid 6 months in

advance. Hope we don't sink in Phuket!
We went to Telaga marina also which has check in and checkout facilities and several good restaurants. Yvonne arrived

safely and she and David spent a couple of days in the adjoining hotel where yachties get a 20% discount on everything!
We hired motorbikes and drove round the island and went on a boat trip through the Bat cave. Then fed Eagles and went to

a fish farm in the Mangroves where we had a fantastic lunch which cost about £5 each!
We have planned our trip to Phuket via several small islands and Hongs. Seeing where the film "the Beach" was filmed and

the world famous Emerald Cave.
