well here we are Day 3 which dawns after a hectic night as wind built to 30 knot gusts and a big following sea – coping well and making good progress towards Cape Verde waypoint which at this rate will be in 4 more days. Then a sharp turn left (sorry right!) towards Antigua....Sleep is the biggest challenge. Mr Burgess hit his stride quickly on this – surprisingly Mr Tawney equally happy alas the Dunnings (as it their wont) are constantly fretting and sleep still eludes us. May it come soon.
