A small estuary enclosed by a tall island in the Puerto Refugio amphitheater of monster mountains, all barren, white limestone, steep and plain scarry like frozen rock buns on a silver plate.

Tooked up at the very head of the caleta with a four point rope tie in a beutiful nook of green trees, a soft gritty beach for a camp fire to toast marsh mellows. The backdrop of those mountains keeps you focused on the mighty strength of nature from the safety of an anchorage you could only dream of back in Europe.
