Hi all,

After a lovely week in St. Helena we will be pulling out of Jamestown around 1pm today, Monday. The locals have been extremely hospitable and very helpful. It is an old world type place, for example the ferry and restaurant allowing us to run a tab for the week.

The Royal Mail Ship St Helena has also just pulled out and is also headed to Ascension. She is still plying the waters between Cape Town, St. Helena and Ascension - the last mail ship still in active service. Her services have been continued for the foreseeable future given the uncertainties around the viability of the new airport. I think it would be a fun, comfortable trip for anyone to do.

We have settled up the bills and hope to pick up 3 live lobsters from the ferryman on the way back to Galatea.

So, next update in a couple of daysand be from us on Galatea.

Neil, Kev, Chris.
