Day 108: Sunday 20 February 2011. Miramar Hotel, Limbe, Cameroon.
N04 00.712 E009 12.001 Distance driven 0 km
Another lazy day while Jenny worked. I wandered
into town and had a look at the fish market area and then came back for a
swim.
We spent the afternoon planning the rest of our trip
through southern Cameroon, Gabon, Congo, Cabinda, DRC, Angola and into
Namibia. The end date is that we have to meet Jenny's son Garth and his
family in the Richtersveld, a remote area of South Africa way up on the Namibian
border, by about 26 March. That is in less than 5 weeks time and we
still have at least 6,000 km to drive to get there!
We will move on tomorrow to Yaoudne for a couple of
days, then to Kribi on the coast on Wednesday and probably the Gabon border
by next weekend.
