Hi Folks
we are sill in light airs trying to push onto NZ. It has been a a bit of a trial and a bit slow as you will have read but we have plenty of water and could make some if need be, anyone who has been on board will know that there is plenty of food so we are fine.
my thanks to those people feeding us weather info and advice on the engine issue. I think that although we started it today and ran it for a short while we will not motor out of the wind hole as it definitely is not right and it might be adversely impacted by using it for long periods. so might if need be do some battery charging with it but otherwise we will sail...which is what teh boat should be doing anyway!
We are in good spirits particularly Manuela....but then the ciggies have not run out yet!
