The Viking Adventure has begun!!
Skipper (Viking Jan) has led the scurvey ridden Devonian crew (Bob Grainger, Derek Tolman & Vaughn Allington) through a storming passage from the Hamble to Den Helder in Holland. (313nm with an average speed of 7.9knots).
Now setting sail for a night passage past the Fresian Islands to the River Elbe and Kiel Canal.
