Left Nargana this morning and headed east initially intending to anchor at Aridup, an island about 2.5Nm off the coast and 20Nm from Nargana, but the sun was not good, reducing the visibilty of the reefs around the island, so came over to Snug Harbour. It is very still, humid and mangroves grow on the islands we are anchored off so we will see how the bugs go. The trip down was on glass sea yet again but we had dolphins play around the boat twice on the way here. They play around the bow and then look up you as if to say "We are having fun, are you?". We had been anchored about 20 mins and a Kuna pulled his Ulu (canoe) along side and charged us $10 to anchor. I suppose it helps the local community and we don't begrudge this. Not sure how long we will stay here but only have 2.5 weeks more in the San Blas before we start heading back toward Shelter Bay Marina prior to coming home. Backgammon update: John is currently in the winning position following being flogged by me for the past 4 nights.
