We are sitting at the end of Peter & Penny
Falkner's garden in East Gosford next to their Catamaran "Inn for a Penny" where
we have been relaxing for a few days and enjoying true Aussie hospitality. We
have even eaten Kangaroo steak which Penny cooked to perfection - apparently, if
you don't get it just right it can taste a bit leathery.......
We haven't seen P & P since Bonaire in 2009 so
it has been great to catch up and hear all about their circumnavigation which,
needless to say, was a lot faster than ours
will be !!!!
Sadly, it's time to move on and head North as we
still have quite a few miles to get to Darwin before the end of
August...
