We enjoyed a 2 day passage from Tahanea
and sailed into Papeete in Tahiti on Saturday in time to enjoy a few
beers with Trevor & Jo (Malarkey) - our first drinks with them on board
since we transitted the Panama Canal in 2009...
It's a bit busier here than we are used to and we
are surrounded by hundreds of other yachts in the anchorage. Not quite us so we
won't stay here long but will be moving on to the other Society Islands pretty
soon !!!
So, that's Leg 4 down - only 3 more to
go....
