Great Sandy Straits...

Position 25 39.451S, 152 58.358E
Having daysailed for the last few days, we are now
in the Great Sandy Straits (on the West side of Fraser Island) on our way to
Hervey Bay. The channel is very shallow in places and even the Pilot Book states
that a Visitor will probably run aground somewhere along the line.... nothing
like feeling positive !!!! So far, so good or is that speaking too soon as we
are still less than halfway !!
