Had our first 150nm in 24 hours this trip. Sea has been flat with 8-10 knots on the beam which helps keeping speed up. Just starting to get lighter and wind moving aft so slowing down. Our latest weather download implies dropping to 2-3 knots for about a day. We are going to have to make a big decision soon as to whether to stay on rhumb line or do a big course change north in anticipation of the wind filling in a few hundred miles north and get us over the Azores high that appears to be sitting there at the moment.

Going downwind has made the cabin very hot again and not conjusive for sleeping.

Dinner today should be meatballs in gravey, mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes, cheese, sliced bread and more mandarins in juice.
