At about ten o’clock in the morning Daddy, Harry, Catrin and I stopped cleaning the boat and we set of to find a chandeliers called, Sailor-man. We said hello to our British neighbours and we then walked of into the town, we met the lady on the boat next door as we where walking into town. She had done the ARC (the Atlantic crossing), it takes three weeks of sailing to cross the Atlantic or longer if you get bad winds!

As she crossed the road we started walk along creaky wooden paths. I saw a long black snake slither across and under one wooden small path! And Harry saw two small wild Lizards, sunbathing in the hot sun. When we got to the chandeliers, Daddy found a chart on Greece. Whilst Harry, Catrin and I found gigantic fishing lures, Daddy said they where just advertising a make of a fishing lure, they weren’t real. When we had finished in the small shop, Daddy took us to the Mussolini steps. These stairs are made out of strong stone, the stairs are meant to be a ceremonial gateway to Italy and are built by the ancient Mussolinis!

When we reached the top we saw that there was a big and grand building, which was next to two small cafes and lots market stalls. We soon decided to walk down again, as there wasn’t much at the top, as most of it was all shops.

Back at the boat Mummy was on the boat next door doing washing, tomorrow if David and Samantha's engine is fixed they will be going to Greece too. Their engine broke down and they have now got two engineers on their boat, taking their engine to bits. David said that he had met Seiena (the girl of Britican), Seiena and her family are now in Greece! After lunch we walked into town and we went to a small hot and sweaty supermarket, we brought fruit, vegetables and pasta. After our small shop, we carried on with cleaning the boat and getting her ready for Greece. Tomorrow we would be leaving Italian waters and sailing into Greek waters, we will need to change our curtsey flag from Italian to Greek.
