Today at Ten O’ Clock in the morning we went to see the remains of a Roman building. We had to walk through the busy town and up a few hills to get there. When we did arrive we had to go to the lady to show her our tickets, when she had checked them we started to walk around the building. The only remains were small walls and paintings by roman artists. I found out that they had lots of different rooms, we first looked at the bathing rooms, it had a hot room with a pool they also had a cold room with a pool. The hot room also had under ground heating, unlike the cold room. The next part of the building was full of roman paintings and banquet rooms, there were four banquet rooms and two other entertainment rooms. We were allowed to walk next to these, we could see all the paintings this way they looked like mosaics as pieces were missing. When we had finished we were allowed to walk along a roman road whilst we were walking we walked past some archaeologists who were digging up another part of the roman town. When we got back to the start we started to walk up to a playground, we had to walk up two hills to get there.

When we did we spent ten minutes on the first one and we then went on to the second. The second was for children older than me, so we all had to look after Catrin, I was doing the monkey bars on a wobbly monkey bar thing when I fell of it was quite high luckily I didn’t brake any bones but I did get lots of bruises. After we had been to the park we played with Iean, after we had played with Iean we had dinner, we had chicken curry. After dinner we watched a Catrin’s favorite DVDs. After this we went to bed because it was eight O’ Clock at night.
