Variable winds

The wind has been light and variable in direction. As it has moved further
to the north we have tried a reach, but then went back to goose-winging with
mainsail out to port and genoa poled out to starboard. For the last few days
the wind has dropped around sunset, picked up again by 20:00 only to drop
about 1:00 a.m. As we go south, the Trade Winds should become more
established and the wind less temperamental. Julius saw our second ship last
night, which looked like a fishing vessel though a long way out for that.
All well on board after a few running repairs on watermaker. Freezer
stabilising. Bart & Julius are swabbing the decks.
