MIssion accomplished with picking up the batten from Isla Linton. We spent a great night with monkeys and parrots making lots of noise around the boat and even managed a meal ashore in Jan's Bar. He's a surly Dutchman whose been there for ever, but he does serve up a great bit of grub. From there we spent 4 hours sailing to the entrance of the canal, through an amazing amount of traffic, all waiting to unload or load, then transit through the canal.
