The engine went off yesterday morning and we have been sailing ever since – really wonderful. We hoisted the asymmetric yesterday which was a real treat. We have blue skies, white, puffy clouds, sunshine, flying fish and not another soul in sight. We are trundling along at around 7kts just waiting to catch supper. We hooked a very small mahi mahi this morning but returned him to the sea. Hopefully our good deed will be rewarded with something a little larger. As you will see from the photo, we treat our fish with great respect despatching them with a slug of Monsieur Gimet’s finest.
