Tomorrow we leave the San Blas. We checked into Panama today having had the most wonderful time in these islands. The attached photos are of the very officious immigration office, which is right next door to the arrivals hut (other pic) for the airport of Porvenir.

Tomorrows destination is Isla Linton, a private island whose only inhabitants are monkeys. Very cute to look at and if you make the mistake of feeding them they sit on your shoulder and play lovingly while you have food. When the food runs out the real fun begins, with cruisers seen fleeing to their dinghys as the monkeys take anything they can get their hands on, literally! We won’t be going ashore.

What we have to do there is pick up a batten for our mainsail that we broke (after emails to our sailmaker it turns out that there’s a chap there who has one?) and have a nice meal in a local restaurant that comes recommended.
