We have been sailing at >10 knots all day.  Steady winds from 19-26 knots and the big spinnaker up since 7.30 am (small one over night).  We are at last achieving 250 miles a day and hoping for more.  We have overhauled a couple of boats and have more in our sights.

The best thing is the glorious sunshine.
