Gusting 35 kts last night, odd shower or 2 ,but generally an easy night.
I had the most fantastic dawn watch as the sun crept over the horizon to light up the sky I was tantalized by its beauty.
Feeling at one with the world the sea my friend,my world ( well till I get to the beach ! )

Our damaged main sail was heroically bought down in very large swell by the boys , we had repairs to a couple of seams to do.
Mike volunteered to repair the larger rip whilst myself and Greg did the smaller one.
The sea was building and the swell was rolling us all over the place but the boys were tunnel vision to the task ( what a crew )

We just managed to complete the repairs before 30 kt gusts swept the boat as we were hauling the main back up,Jan was on the halyard whilst mike and I were feeding the sail into the groove (foil)
a mean feat accomplished well by a very sound crew.

Having pulled in a very large dorado earlier possibly our biggest so far we decided to have pasta for tea doh.............
Fish curry is back on the menu boys............

Love to all
