After great sail over from greece have been hugging
the scicilian coast line including a cruise out to see volcano and stromboli
fantastic volcanic islands
Had a great walk to the top of volcano with Marco
and Greg thanks boys the crater was magnificent
The wind has been light but thru the straits of
messina some fun was has with a downwind sail then a gybe and v fast sail
putting reefs in then to no surprise the wind died and had to motor from 35 kts
to 5 kts inas many mins
Only been into 1 marina in riposte where we were
mugged for 117 euros 1st and last i beleive
Anchorages havnt been to bad although very rolly
off stromboli
we are very near the end of the nrth west coast of
sciliy now and plan to do 24 hour passage to sardinia cagliari on
thursday
