couple of overnight single shifts, although was blowing 20+ on a close reach
so pumping along at 8-9kts - bring it on! Arrived in Rodney Bay marina, St
Lucia 8am on Friday - didn't do a lot for us compared with Antigua and
Dominica!
After picking up yet more gear (er yacht stuff not drugs) left for
'paradise' on Friday morning and arrived (Marigot Bay) in the afternoon and
immediately chilled - good swim around in what is known as the 'best bay in
the Caribbean' and on to what is known as the 'most romantic restaurant' in
St Lucia - and cheaper than Rodney bay to boot - double whammy!! Photo's
attached, but just don't capture the spirit of the place!!
So even though Tish states she wants to stay for eternity we ARE off on
Monday (stay extended by a day) to Bonaire -a 3-day sail so a small test for
our much longer passages - keep you posted
