18:43N 48:33W - Our friend willy

Babe!

After spending 2 days on a SW bearing we've finally managed to get some
wind, so now have altered course back direct to Antigua - still in the lead
from the other 10 yachts by circa 40nm to the next nearest and circa 800nm
to go - hopefully there on Friday?

Getting hotter and hotter as we head further South, with nights becoming
uncomfortable, despite opening hatches to get air through during the day.

Looks like I may have fixed our battery issue by bubbling the cells
(over-charging), not recommended as fills the air with hydrogen, but appears
to have returned the cells to 100% capacity and fortunately no explosions!

Highlight of the day so far was having a big (5-6m) willy swimming along
with us, which you can just make out in the picky - stayed with us for a
little while before no doubt deciding we not a mating material and heading
off into the big blue.

Despite being Sunday there's still loads to do, so better busy myself and
join the others on the sun deck

Cheers
Paul, Kev & Paul
