Everyone Fine! Weather warm with about 5/8 cloud.
Light Winds.
Happy Birthday to Olly who celebrated by catching
yet another large dorado. He is looking very chuffed as he fillets it for dinner
right now! (will have had enough dorado after this one though!). The crew of
"Bluejacket", our "sister" boat that is sailing with us, all sang "Happy
Birthday" to him over the VHF radio. He also says a special thanks to
Hannah for the "Awsome" present.
We had a very calm night last night with only
a breath of wind and therefore not much progress. The Trades have however
started to return this afternoon and are forecast to continue. So we are now
picking up speed again.
Special message from the crew of Bluejacket to any
family and friends who may be following this blog. Mike is having some
problems with his SSB radio and has therefore not been able to get in touch
with the folks back home for the last few days. This is due to atmospherics
which should clear soon. Everyone is well on the boat though and he hopes
to resume updates soon.
