Oh yes!.. We are still in Yacht marina in Marmaris, but
we have not been idle. Sea Topaz looks better now than she did when we bought
her. So it has been worth all the hard labour.
All under the floor areas are now clean and painted,
including the deep bilge (well done that man of mine). We have new upholstery
and carpets and a new holding tank. Formica in the aft heads and some in
the foreward heads. But as always as it is with boats there is a last minute
problem with a leak in the generator. Unfortunately we cannot get an engineer
until Saturday as it is a long Turkish holiday this week. But we are now in the
water and, although it is very hot, we are coping with the use of our
airconditioner.
So all being well and all fingers crossed the next
blog will come from somewhere else....
