On the 16th of September we were back in yes Marina in
Fethiye.
From Marmaris marina we went to Ekincik, motored most of
the way. Free anchored in a nice big bay. We them made our way along the coast
to Gocek checking out places for when Kirsten, Mark and Lanah were on board. We
stopped at Kizilkuyruk Koyu, Kapi Creek, Pillared Cove in Sarsala Koyu and
Ortisin Buku; all beautiful places. Then there was a change of plan as we found
out that Highland Duck (one of the boats we came across the Red Sea with, was in
Fethiye Bay. So we went back there and met up with Bob and Margret. It was great
to see them again and catch up with what we have been doing. We eventually
managed to get a place in Yes Marina, which became quiet a performance with
strong winds on the beam and help from the marina manager. We hired a cat there
to collect the Porter family from the airport. Absolutely fantastic to have our
first grandchild on board.
