good evening

at 2145 saturday 26th our position is

18 28 45N 27 09 40 W

and everything is good

today we have been practising our catch and release policy for Doado and have caught and released 2 medium sized fish. Im afraid to report that again we have been beaten by the billfish. we have had 2 strikes both big big fish and on both occasions thyhave broken the line and won. the last one took my best lure and kit with it! it was my fault for not crimping the fastner properly. Jason our experienced fisherman has taken over the role of fishing expert so well see how it goes over the next few days.

we have eaten well again with breakfast of fruit salad followed by fresh bread and jams a simple cold collation lunch and then spagetti with pesto for dinner. Not bad eh!

Golly actually cayght a fish today so weve got photos to prove it and I was happy for him

Tomorrow is Sunday and we will ahve been at sea a week and I think the next few days will be pretty hard mentally especially for Jason as he is still suffering with sea sickness so if youve nothing to do send him a Sunday email whoever you are to cheer him up ( only very short though and no big files or photos because it messes up our system --thanks)

a bit qiuick today because im going on watch but a full blog tomorrow

A special mention today to all the people who work with golly and me in Newcastle manchester and dewsbury-- we miss you all and cant wait to back soon

sleep tight
