Friday Aug 20 - Sunday
Sail down Mljetski Kannal then motor into the river to pick up Ken & Kristie
Barclay at the ACI marina. Take on fuel and sneak some water. Motor back out
the river and anchor off south west corner of Otok Kolocep for lunch and a
swim. Back to river and anchor downstream from the ACI in great mud.
Into town at dusk. Good walk about then dinner near the church.
Saturday - Back to town for the obligatory walk of the wall. Lunch
overlooking the harbour. Book into Gil's for dinner. Great dinner at Gil's
K1145/2. His house wine is excellent. Portions small but excellent. Gil
comes by for a chat later.
Sunday - anchor off Argentina Hotel for a swim and lunch. Drop Don &
Marjorie at hotel for their 40th wedding anniversary. Head to Civtat for the
night. Anchor in Civtat harbour. Pay Antonio K350 harbour charge. Enquire
about water and learn it will be K50/metre of boat length - over the top -
decide to drink beer.
Dinner at Koton in the town square. Mags & I have Dentex steak - average.
