Gourmet Day

Cool, dark evening after a reasonably warm day, had the engine on a little today when necessary because there was little wind. No MPS today instead Genoa, Stay Sail and Main sail but still averaging about 7.5 kts. We saw dolphins this morning, they rather enjoyed playing in the bow waves, jumping about.

There was little wind today, so it was very calm, this allowed us to make some gourmet meals. For lunch we had canapés; hard crackers with fish, tomato and cheese, and paella with mahi mahi, followed a cheese course. For dinner we started with mahi mahi with onions and garlic cooked in milk. Followed by a fillet of beef with dauphinyse potatoes and jus de vimto (Don’s little mistake!). Ending with petit fois and grapes.

No fish today, hopefully we will catch some tomorrow!
