Made it across the Rio Dolce bar had 2 boats to assist us one taking our halliards and leaning us side ways the other pulling us even the tow line snapped!Any way we made it , however the water was very low before we left as we wanted to reduce our weight so put on water maker which did not work! after trying and testing for all possible causes sorted the problems,blockage on in flow then when we could see we were making water nothing was in the tank! A double whammy we also had a hose come loose leaking every drop of water we were making.
Now all is fixed just need to see why we are getting no wind readings, all other ST 60 Raymarine units working except the wind!!
We are now in the beautiful resort of Placencia in Belize which looks very quite still before the season starts NICE.
