Two days at St Peter Port in glorious weather! Being in the outer harbour, we have had a grandstand view of the comings and goings, made all the more entertaining by a day's industrial action by the harbour staff leading to an unregulated free-for-all. But things were soon under control again when they returned to work!
Today we have used an Island Coachways multi-journey card (donated to us by our neighbour here) to tour the whole island by bus, seeing parts of it that we have never seen before. It would be a good way to get to the various coastal walks and beaches.
And tonight the waiting pontoon is overflowing with the ever-hopeful, all hoping to be admitted to the inner sanctom. Meanwhile, we are going out to dinner........
