a special thanks to all of our friends aho have supported us in many ways and raised money for us, theres too many to mention unfortunately.
to the McCanns - Anna, Seamus, Finn and Rory, your support has been outstanding in every way, its been great getting to know you all and i look forward to sharing a drink or two with you all on our return. Finn, i'll be climbing like a like chimp by June!
to my family who have been amazing, its been fantastic having so much contact with you out here, i feel closer to you than ever before! - mum, dad, sam and stacey.

a special mention to my incredibly supportive, understaning (and beautiful) girlfriend Jess, youve been amazingly supportive and tollerant since i decided to embark on this adventure, ive been a tough man to live with and will be sure to make up for it on my return. i cant wait to see you!

Finally thanks to everyone else who follows our progress and sends us messages of support. im sorry if ive missed anyone.
