We had a really good run the day before yesterday,
134 miles, but then yesterday we had squalls followed by calms followed by
squalls again. We thought they were finally over about 5pm, but the last
one came around midnight, There we were up on deck reducing sail. All part
of the excitement. Today has been much better so far, at least no squalls
yet.
The moon however has been gorgeous, like being in a
lit parking light, it really makes the nights better because otherwise you'd
be staring out into an inky blackness.
We've moved our cclocks one hour backwards today,
wowee a 25 hour day, this is so when we get to Martinique we will be on the same
time. We are now 3 hours ahead of Florida time.
