Good Morning Friends and Family
At 36 miles the volcano Pico revealed itself out of
the morning mists.We have made exelent progress overnight with double headsails
and abt 12 knots wind.We expect to be docking in Horta early afternoon.The boys
have fired up their mobils and oiled the holsters so they are ready for a quick
draw when we pick up the first signals in about 3 hrs.For now the task at hand
is to make the boat ready for port so full USPH cleaning thoug we do not expect
an inspection.Hope you have all enjoyed following our voyage across the
Ocean.For us it has been a unique experience on many levels.The best thing of
all is that the spirits have remainded good and the teamwork exelent.I could not
possibly have had a better crew.For now
