Dear Friends

The roughest night so far with winds above 30 knots and wawe hight approx 4-6 meters.I have been in the cocpit with Magnar since 0100 in the Morning.Magnar has become the best helmsman of us when it comes to hand steering.Since 1600 last afternoon we have been on hand steering only(sorry Renate that I needed help with a sail change when you called,Thats why Magnar had to leave in a hurry). At sunrise this morning Magnar had to go forward and secure a couple of items that had come lose. This always makes for some exiting moments but he was ofcourse safly cliped in.Overnight the helmsman have been clipped to both port and stb.Despite adverse weather we did another 146 from 4 to 4.The weather is slowly clearing I beleive the worst is over the wind is now down to about 25.The chef has been limited in his reportuar by the bumps in the road.So last night it was hotdags only.Today a greeting to Ecki.I am downing the last underberger after a long wet night in the cocpit.Wish we had soome more.

Best greetings from the Team onboard Morning Song
