This is where Morning Song is located at the moment & until March 16 when she will get back to her natural habitat, the ocean.

It has been hard work for all people involved and the owner and also current Captain, Captain Stig and the future Captains and crew are all very greatful for all the help she has gotten the past couple of weeks.

She's gotten a complete revitalization during the last 2 months and she is almost ready to start her voyage back to where she was first drawn, in northern Europe.

For those of you who are new to this "little" project, she is a Hans Christian 44 ft sloop weighing in around 12 tonnes. She was buildt in early -80s and has been well kept ever since. She was originally built in Asia and Captained by a man who was soo interested in getting his wife interested in sailing, so he installed a piano on starboard side in the salong. When the Morning Song was sold, the new owner had the curtesy to dismantle the piano and ship it to the previous owner.

She came across the atlantic ocean in 2006 Captained by Richard and his wife Paula. A very nice couple from UK.

From now on, she will be helmed by Scandinavians, the true sailors...
