The San Blas Islands -
Sailed under reefed sails into the San
Blas Islands at the Hollandaise Cays, as it was a bumpy trip and spent Xmas
and New Year around that area with many other yachts, making for a very social
time. The snorkeling was absolutely fantastic, and it was fun chatting in our
broken Kuna and spanish to the local Kunas buying fresh vegetables, fish,
lobsters and molas.
The air was very salty, and we didn't have much rain, so the stainless
steel needed constant wiping down.
