There’s
plenty of sea around and nothing else in sight. We cleared the Azores during the
night, and for a while there were a couple of boats heading the same way, but
they’ve now gone their own ways. The wind has steadily increased to force five
or so and Irie’s tanking along on a beam reach at seven knots plus. Meanwhile
the crew readjust to thirty degrees of heel, noise and general shipboard
life.
