Leave marina at 10:30, motoring around the headland of Cadiz, to face a F5 SW with a lumpy sea. Nearly turn back but eventually we gird our loins and set up for the beat - all 6.5 hours of it. Sometime later the wind veers and we make Cabo Trafalgar and head into Belmonte (36:11.01N, 005:56.01W) for the night. Tunny nets are a bit of an issue in this area, but the one charted at Belmonte is missing, for this season at least!.

Cadiz was sacked by Sir Francis Drake in 1587, Lord Essex in 1596 and Ad.Nelson in 1797, so 'have at you varlets' 2013; Mike and Jacqui do it again! Ah ha!
