Arrival in Terceira, Azores...

After 21 1/2 days and 2,150 miles, we finally arrived at Angra do Heroismo in Terceira. The crossing had been a bit mucky with big winds, huge seas and torrential rain but, after a few hours on land and a couple of beers, all was well again !!
Immigration and Customs formalities were a doddle and all the paperwork we had obtained in the USA for the boys meant that, once their Microchips had been checked, they could get straight off the boat and become European dogs - life is good....
Even better, Matt & Jean from Superted are here in the Marina. We haven't seen them for over 2 years so tonight we will catch up over a few glasses of wine....
