Clearlake II

Current position "28:07.68N 15:25.62W". Nothing dramatic today. We’ve been completing tasks such as hanging netting in the fore-cabin which will be used to hang fresh food, cleaning out the bilges, topping up on spares, removing an air bubble from the aircon unit, Chris (still) working on the netting around the boat, and cooking up meals to be frozen (Byron working on enchiladas). Pics show the netting work in the fore-cabin, cooking hard at work, Chris’s line work, and Clearlake II in her berth – with ARC number (175) on. This will be the vessel number to look for once the tracker is fitted and we’re off!

Btw, due to a very kind donation from Cathy Demeestre from EPCA (the European Petrochemical Association) where I was previously vice-president, we are now at £2255 donated to the RNLI. Fabulous! Thanks to all of you who have donated.
