We are heading back to St Lucia, slowly, with a little over a week left of our trip to paradise! Our sail today was eventful in that we hit our first squall of the trip! It was a big black cumulo nimbus cloud in front of us. We left Graham up top and the kids and Maggie went under into the cabin to wait it out. Luckily and thankfully it didn't take long and we didn't get seasick and Graham wasn't blown overboard! (It wasn't that bad but it looked terrible).

We arrived at Friendship Bay after lunch and did a snorkelling tour on the reef and Rebecca checked the anchor was set properly (the kids are really getting good at snorkelling). We headed over to Becquia Beach Hotel to set up mums new Ipad (yippee!) and realised it was our first time on dry land for several days. As luck would have it we met a lovely family with a 3 and 6 year old that live in Barnes -only 3 miles away from us back home. The kids had a super time playing tag while we chatted with their parents, exchanged numbers and used the wifi. We ended off the day with a bit of body surfing before we rushed back to the boat before sunset.

Whew, another lovely day.
