Arrived at Nuku Hiva at 09.30am local time (now ten and a half hours behind UK)!
Beautiful green bay (because it rains alot!) with quite a few yachts here albeit not many of the Oyster Fleet as yet. Very laid back as in almost horizontal, nothing happens quickly and of course it's very French.
Boy it was a challenging crossing with constantly changing conditions particularly sea state and light winds and at 3196 miles it was definitely long enough, we are all ready for some rest and recuperation. Ayesha went really well and infact we only motored for a total of 117 hours over the whole 2 weeks and 6 days and 48 of those were the last two days!
