Not much happening out here in the wilderness, still no dolphins, whales, other boats or epiphanies - just loads of flying fish which are most bizarre creatures. They look like house martins in the day and fish at night. These are obviously a glitch in the evolutionary chain as they haven’t progressed to proper flying and constantly end up dead on the boat. We’ve started counting - yesterday nine and eleven today!

Sadly Jon is still camped on the Green Side but showed a glimpse of rejoining us as he’s just eaten an omelette.

Night shifts on manual helm are a little challenging especially when the wind blows up, 28 knots last night for half an hour, and still a man down.
