We had a nice visit with Babi( Vlad's mother) for Christmas. She had an unfortunate accident the week before she came. At 89 years old, she prefers to take the bus to go grocery shopping. The bus was leaving, she ran after it, and tripped up. Her right arm was broken, but since she had a family doctor appointment the next day, she didn't go to the emergency, she just went to her doctor's office in the morning. Then she took the bus to the ER for X rays......

It made it hard for her to get onto and especially off of the boat, but we managed to get her on a few times. I had Britican and AWOL over for drinks and Klieblichki on Christmas Eve, and by a miracle, Santa showed up when we all took Babi to get a taxi back to her hotel!

Andrew and Bianca arrived on the 27th with their teenagers Benno and Sophie, and we explored several anchorages in Martinique and St Lucia. Then, we reprovisioned in Rodney Bay, and visited with K1w1 Beanz and headed south to Bequia.

We are currently in Mustique, and will update with photos
