This time we found the birth place of The Mighty Sparrow - King of Calypso and visited the Grenada Co-operative Nutmeg Association.  It is here that a third of the worlds nutmeg is processed by these women who crack each nut by hand.  They have to produce 130lbs a day to get paid.  The nutmegs ready for export are then locked away as they are so valuable. At least the view from the window is fantastic!
