This was Mahi-Mahi #4 of the trip and the crew has mastered the skinning and filleting process to a near perfection. This morning we woke up to another beautiful day in the Atlantic a perfect day to celebrate Chris birthday. We will have a special Italian meal and will report with menu and photo on tomorrow blog.
