This morning the winds was down but still from SW and the sea still rough. They reported to have come across at about 11:00 UTC with a fleet of big sailing yacht. Not sure which race this is - will do some web searching to see if I can find out. GFS forecast are the winds to shift from the West in 6h and to be light until their arrival to La Gomera. By the time they will get there, they will have forgot those nights with the boat heeling and the wind howling. Metarea forecast: CASABLANCA. Variable 2 to 4, locally Southwest 5 near coast at first. Moderate. AGADIR, TARFAYA. North or Northwest 2 to 4, veering North or Northeast later. Slight or moderate.
